Taken on the fells of the Lake District - this little foal wasn't even as tall as my border collies!

Some of the most memorable symbols of Christmas are combined in this unique design that include three wise men, the star of Bethlehem, a dove of peace, a decorated Christmas tree and Santa flying through the night sky with his reindeer. The focus here is a cute brown pony.

This Shetland pony was extremely keen to be photographed, shoving another pony out of the way (more than once, even when it realised I had no food!) and then 'smiling' the the camera!
