Sonoran Moon Magnets

Description: September 20, 2013, Autumnal Equinox at dawn: It was a long hike to where these power lines intersected the Vekol wash in the Sonoran Desert wilderness of Arizona about 60 miles south of Phoenix. The full moon in Aries was setting, and I had the fortunate experience of being in the right place at the right time to capture this bizarre imagery. It is an appropriate symbol of the powerful amplification of this cosmic energy and stellar configuration by the laser-like focus of a full moon. So no - it’s not solar power depicted here but LUNAR power — in the first sign of the zodiac no less - Aries - ruled by the volatile and fiery energy of the planet Mars.
