Description: I created these designs because my daughter is in a S.T.E.A.M. focused school. We attend the World Maker Fair every year and get to see a lot of really cool stuff created by S.T.E.A.M. amd S.T.E.M. kids. I thought of this design and wanted to express it in several ways so it became this series.

Description: This is Rob Corddry’s Russian energy drink from Hot Tub Time Machine. Here he describes the ingredients. The incredibly deep use of Chernobly as the movie’s core plot device at first made it my top choice for converting to real-life product: Corddry spills Chernobly on the hot tub controls which is how they go back to WinterFest 1986, then some Red Dawn obsessed party adversaries steal their last can and they can’t get back until they recover it. Meanwhile the Chernobyl nuclear disaster occurred in real-life 1986. And as we all know from Back To The Future, time travel won’t work without some sort of nuclear-level energy. A deep plot device indeed.

Description: I shot this just north of Little Rock, Arkansas. From Wikipedia: Union Pacific 4014 is a four-cylinder simple articulated 4-8-8-4 Big Boy-type steam locomotive owned and operated by the Union Pacific Railroad. Built in 1941 by the American Locomotive Company (ALCO) of Schenectady, New York, No. 4014 is the only operating Big Boy of the eight that remain in existence. The locomotive operated in revenue service until 1959. It was donated to the Railway and Locomotive Historical Society in late 1961 and thereafter displayed in Fairplex in Pomona, California. In 2013, Union Pacific re-acquired the locomotive and launched a restoration project at their Steam Shop in Cheyenne, Wyoming. In 2019, No. 4014 was operated for the first time after it sa
