Description: The 1984 Louisiana World Exposition was a major World's Fair held in New Orleans, Louisiana, marking a century since the city's first fair, the 1884 World Cotton Centennial. Taking place from May 12 to November 11, 1984, the event showcased global innovation, culture, and technology along the scenic Mississippi Riverfront. Although it faced financial challenges, the fair left a lasting impact on the revitalization of New Orleans and remains a memorable moment in Louisiana's cultural history.
Description: A retro-futurist tribute to the strange and colorful spirit of New Orleans during the 1984 Louisiana World Exposition. A larger-than-life bayou alligator rises from the Mississippi waters beneath the glowing architecture of the World's Fair, surrounded by pelicans, marsh grass, and vintage exposition typography. Designed to feel like a forgotten 1984 Louisiana souvenir from an alternate future.
