The Baobab ( or "upside down" ) tree, seen on Safari in the Tarangire National Park, Tanzania, Africa. Each tree trunk can hold up to 300 litres ( 66 gallons ) of water, and so in drought conditions the Elephants eat the bark to get at the moisture, and in some cases ( like in this photo ) eventually eat a hole in the tree trunk !
