Description: This illustration celebrating Swamp Thing, my absolute favorite hero in the comic book world, was created using pencil, pen and ink, watercolor, and digital mediums. I want to give 100% inspirational credit to the original 70s Swamp Thing creators Bernie Wrightson and Len Wein, and then Alan Moore, John Totleben, and Steve Bissette for beautifully reinventing the series in the 80s.
