Brig Mugs
Description: The U.S. Brig Niagara was one of nine ships that visited the Fairport Harbor tall ships festival in 2016. It is a replica of the relief flagship of Commodore Oliver Hazard Perry. It was one of nine ships used to defeat a British squadron of six vessels during the War of 1812. The Niagara sails the Great Lakes, preserving and interpreting the story of the Battle of Lake Erie, and acting as an ambassador in her capacity as the flagship of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Its home port is in Erie PA.

Description: This is a full scale replica of the brigantine 'Lady Washington' that was launched in 1989, over 230 years after her original namesake. You may have seen her in such films as Pirates of the Carribean as HMS Interceptor. You could be mistaken for thinking she is sailing on a millpond, but this is actually San Francisco Bay during Fleet Week.
