Though a San Diego Padres farm club, the Gators wore an eye-popping Gold/Green/White color scheme more reminiscent of the Oakland Athletics, topped off by pillbox-style striped caps. The team played at Vincent-Beck Stadium on the campus of Lamar University.
Description: Show off your Florida pride with this bold and fierce "Orange and Blue" design featuring a jacked-up gator football player! This muscular mascot stands tall in full game-day gear, striking an intimidating pose under an arched "ORANGE" and over a powerful "BLUE" to rep the Gators in true gridiron style.
