Description: The figurehead of an "Ottoman Turk" looms imposingly over the square at Weybosset and Westminster Streets in Downcity Providence, Rhode Island. The building was completed in 1913 and was the tallest building in Providence until 1920. Its triangular shape is probably inspired by the Flatiron Buidling in New York City.
