Hugo George Daffy Mugs
Main Tag:
Description: When Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck accidentally tunnel into the Himalayas instead of Palm Springs, they run into Hugo the Abominable Snowman. Mistaking a bundled-up Daffy Duck for a cute little bunny rabbit, Hugo scoops him up and delivers one of the most famous, widely quoted lines in cartoon history: "I will name him George, and I will hug him and pet him and squeeze him..." The character of Hugo—and his fixation on having a little pet rabbit named George—was a direct, comedic spoof of the gentle but brute character Lennie Small from John Steinbeck's classic novel Of Mice and Men.
