Erik Stevens, AKA, Killmonger, for a moment at least was the Black Panther. His vision for Wakanda was far more deadly, but his cause gave a lot of us pause. Sometimes the villain is only villainous because of what has happened to them, and if events had played out differently in his life, there is no telling what kind of warrior or even leader he might have become.

He was the villain, but his position and thinking was profound. What is preferable to bondage if freedom is unattainable? Nah, bury me in the ocean with my ancestors, because they knew death was better than bondage. Eric my war-mongering, world dominating, we didn't know you were Wakandan brother, you were deeply profound.

Erik Killmonger, though his means were questionable at best, had the right idea. Even T'Challa saw his point at the end. Best Villain ever? We're not saying, but he certainly had conviction.
