Kingswood Mugs
Description: Kingswood Abbey was a Cistercian abbey, located Kingswood near Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire, England. The abbey was demolished during the Dissolution of the Monasteries, and all that remains is the gatehouse, a Grade I listed building. The abbey and its church were so efficiently demolished that their precise location is unknown. The gatehouse is noteworthy for its embellishments, with gable ridge decorations, a pair of niches with statues pinnacles and fine windows with carved mullions.

Description: The HQ model replaced the HG Holden. It was the first ground-up redesign of the Holden line since its original release in 1948, and included an all-new body, chassis, and suspension. Body and trim variants were: four-door sedan, four door station wagon, Monaro two-door coupe, utility, panel van, "One-Tonner" cab-chassis pickup, and Statesman (finally with extended wheelbase comfort). Description: The HQ model replaced the HG Holden. It was the first ground-up redesign of the Holden line since its original release in 1948, and included an all-new body, chassis, and suspension. 'The HQ model Monaro's new coupé design had a much larger rear window and a squarer rear quarter window; it was somehow seen as not as sporty looking compared to the earlier HK-HT-HG series, but is often now considered one of the best looking body designs to come from an Australian manufacturer.' Description: Although the Monaro name had survived into 1977 as the HX Monaro GTS sedan, the coupé configuration was no longer in production and Holden decided to delete the Monaro name altogether from the new Holden HZ range. With the development of Radial Tuned Suspension, Holden transformed the bland characteristics of their full-size sedans and introduced a sporting variant called simply Holden GTS. Released on 5 October 1977, this HZ variant featured a four headlight grille, front and rear air dams, four-wheel disc brakes, sports wheels and a 4.2-litre V8 engine as standard equipment. Description: The HT model replaced the popular HK Holden, carrying over the same body variants. Engine choices had some changes - six cylinder engines remained the same, but in the V8 option list was Holden's new 'home-grown' 308 cubic inch (5.0 litre) engine (and a smaller sister engine, 253 cubic inches (4.2 litre). The Chevrolet-sourced 307 cubic inch V8 was still offered, as well as 350 cubic inch (5.7 litre) engine replacing the 327 cubic inch V8. Some body modifications were changes to the rear quarter panels and rear window, as well as front grille and rear tail light changes. Manual transmissions gained synchromesh on first gear for six-cylinder Holdens.
Description: Statesman is an automotive marque created in 1971 by the Australian General Motors subsidiary, Holden. Statesman vehicles were sold through Holden dealerships, and were initially based on the mainstream Holden HQ station wagon platform, thereby providing more interior room and generally more luxurious features than their Holden-branded sedan siblings.
