Description: Bonaire is a Dutch island in the Leeward Antilles in the Caribbean Sea about 50 miles off the coast of Venezuela that is best known for amazing snorkeling and scuba diving among the island's fringing reefs. When a trio of resident divers decided to open a bar in the island's capital of Kralendijk in the late '90s, they opted for a real 'dive bar' and created a diving themed venue. Naming it De Octopusreep (The Octopus Bar) after the many octopus found in the waters around Bonaire, the bar's waterfront location and unique theme became a popular place to grab a beer after a day exploring the Bonaire National Marine Park.
Description: A rectangular emblem with a stylized flag. The flag consists of a yellow triangle and a blue rectangle. In the center of the yellow triangle is a white circle with a red star and four black points. Below the flag area, the text 'BONAIRE' is displayed in black block letters, followed by 'KRALENDIJK' below it.
