Maimu Mugs

Description: Maimu is a 1989 Japanese anime movie about a trick riding tomboy of the same name who spends her time riding bikes around the countryside outside of her village with the local boys. When the boys she palled around found video games, they were suddenly less interested in exploring the world and became more interested in gaming. Frustrated at their obsession with staying indoors, Maimu hopped on her bike and ran away to Tokyo, where she began a new adventure as an urban treasure hunter. Sounds cool, right? Well, sadly, Maimu was never completed, but hey, what's cooler than an anime that nobody has ever seen?
