Description: Vladislaya is a snow goddess in the north, left behind in the frozen Arctic after it separated itself from what is now Russia so long ago. Very powerful, she is impervious to the cold. With her star topped scepter, she can shift a new moon to full and can transform animals, turning an Arctic hare into a gentle if skittish ice bear, for example. When humankind has particularly pleases Vladislaya, the aurora borealis - Northern Lights - appear. It doesn't happen very often.
