Description: do you ever feel like you are just spinning your wheels? i sometimes struggle with this a lot. i think it's probably important to take moments to look back over the last year (month, week, honestly even day & hour) and recognize everything that *has* happened. those little steps add up to great movement.⁠ .⁠ i know i feel this especially when it comes to tasks that i have to do differently now as i become more accustomed to living with chronic pain. i'm trying to not just accept how i need to go about doing things, but lean into it.
