Description: Team Associated, a pioneer in the radio-controlled (RC) car industry, was founded as Associated Electrics in 1964 by Roger Curtis and Lee Yurada. Initially a slot car business, it transitioned to RC cars in 1969 when Curtis and new partner Gene Husting formed the Team Associated brand. The company is celebrated for producing World Championship-winning vehicles and is considered the world's "winningest" RC car manufacturer.
