This is the special cake Rachel made in one of the Friends TV show episodes. It has everything you need for an English trifle, maybe a little more :)

Trifle is a traditional English dessert that's made up of layers of sponge cake often soaked in sherry, with fruits and custard that's topped with cream. Fun fact: it was known as Tipsy Parson and Tipsy Squire in America.
