Description:
As an Asian-American artist: Washing your rice removes excess starch as well as oxidized rice bran oil. NOT washing your rice is why it's a little bit sour and not as fluffy as the rice from the restaurant up the street. It's also why our mothers yell at us. WASH YOUR RICE.
