From my original acrylic on canvas painting. It's said daisies symbolize innocence and purity. One can easily see from this image how that might be an accurate interpretation of a daisy. It could also be said that this image will brighten the mood of any environment in which it is placed be it as a piece of wall art, on a t-shirt, magnet or coffee mug. I have always loved patterns of all sorts and fabric design... lately I finally got my act together to figure out how to make my own patterns, I am having a lot of fun. Next step - to get them onto some fabric somewhere... : )

Today I just feel like playing with patterns and colours - I am having so much fun!

This is number 16 in my 52 week challenge. This is Mila (nearly 6) and Somerset Rose (Summer for short.) I thought long and hard about uploading this one, as I think it is not a very good photograph, technically speaking. And Summer is so supernaturally furry that she doesn't really look much like a cat at all... more like a hairy, squishy, unidentifiable soft toy. But hey, I need to do my weekly photo challenge, and I suppose it is inevitable that some weeks will go better than others.
