The fictional base in Antarctica where humans fight an awakened alien that crashed into the ice and is now attacking outpost #31. The inhabitants fight to destroy the alien before it can escape.

U.S. Outpost #31 is a U.S. Antarctic research center which first appears in the 1982 film The Thing and is subsequently featured in the 2002 video-game of the same name and two Dark Horse comic-books - The Thing from Another World and The Thing from Another World: Questionable Research. The station is operated by the United States and is manned by a crew of twelve men.

Somebody in this camp ain't what he appears to be. Right now that may be one or two of us. By spring, it could be all of us.

It was inspired by one of the greatest horror movies from the 80's, The Thing. This is a fictional logo designed for Outpost 31 from the movie the Thing. This is my take on a modern version of the Outpost 31 badge and how it would look if it were made today
