Description:
Neptune Mighty Mite outboard motor. It had a single cylinder 1.7 H.P. engine and weighed only 17 pounds. It was advertised as, "A 17-lb. package of power," and "..a pint-size powerhouse." Designed and manufactured by the Muncie Gear Works of Muncie, Indiana.
