Description: Cetacean Operations, or Cet-Ops, is the naval arm of the Resources Development Administration on Pandora. Its fleet consists of various surface and submarine vessels, amphibious suits and support aircraft for maritime operations, particularly commercial hunting of tulkuns to extract amrita in order to fund the RDA's colonization effort. In Avatar: The Way of Water, the 1st Recom Squad under Miles Quaritch appropriated command of Cet-Ops Captain Mick Scoresby's whaling fleet and repurposed it to search and hunt down Jake Sully and his family.
