Description: Inspired by the ‘A Court of Thorns and Roses’ series by Sarah J. Maas. I decided to create a map to show how I imagined the different courts of Prythian looked. This version has been digitally enhanced to make it even more vibrant and detailed, and more so reflects the original piece. Both versions however are still available if you prefer the original. The original drawing was done on a 11x14 size sheet of Strathmore Bristol Vellum using Caran d'ache Luminance and Faber Castell Polychromos coloured pencils.

Description: Okay, so we can all agree that Tamlin sucks, right? But even a villain can have some good advice. When Tamlin shows Feyre his parents’ rose garden, in A Court of Thorns and Roses, he confronts her about what’s bothering her. He’s recently given her supplies to resume her favorite hobby: painting. It’s thrilled her, but she feels guilty about enjoying this passion when she still worries that her family could be suffering back home (even though she’s been told they’re being taken care of). He kisses her hands to heal the wounds left by a rose, and tells her, “Don’t feel bad for one moment about doing what brings you joy.”
