Named "Blue", the whale is situated right off the side of Route 66 just outside of Tulsa and is clearly viewable to passing travelers making it a major landmark on The Mother Road. Preserved and ever present, this year it is having a new visitor center opening with a celebration on Saturday, May 30, 2026.
