D B Cooper Design Pin

The D B Cooper Design commemorates the unknown individual who hijacked a Boeing 727 aircraft in the northwest United States, in the airspace between Portland, Oregon, and Seattle, Washington, on the afternoon of Wednesday, November 24, 1971. D B Cooper has gone down in American folklore as the man who received a $200,000 ransom before parachuting out of the airplane and into infamy. Despite an intensive investigation it has never been discovered who D B Cooper was, or if he survived his leap from the plane.
