For quite some time I have been keeping an eye on the local wildlife and I decided to make this picture to highlight the beauty yet scarcity of our local swans... We lost one last year which was captured by the RSPCA lady and set free in anticipation that it might survive after I found it with damage to its breast bone and bleeding from its heart area underneath the feathers... Sadly, I think I saw the carcass floating along the sea-line last December... Recently, I heard that someone has been taking pot shots at these beautiful birds... Understandably, they move and also migrate and we did have 8 last year... I have only managed to count 5 this year along the Caernarfon Seiont river. Let me make it clearly aware to one an...
