Description: We love pink soup in Lithuania. Pink soup or as we call it in Lithuanian "šaltibarščiai" is a cold soup made with beets and kefir (or buttermilk) and served with boiled potatoes, and is very popular in summer as a main dish or as a refreshing snack. Also, it's one of the prettiest soups of the world.
