As a city dweller, I'm used to close quarters... On a recent trip to SoDak, I found myself excited to be in the open, limitless fields and pastures. I drove down seldom travelled gravel roads...stood in the middle of a cornfield, closed my eyes and just listened to the corn clap with the wind...scanned groves of trees in search of deer.
