Cruise Sinking Pins and Buttons
Description: The Oceanic Steam Navigation Company, more commonly known as the White Star Line (WSL), was a British shipping company. Founded out of the remains of a defunct packet company, it gradually rose up as one of the most prominent shipping lines in the world, providing passenger and cargo services between the British Empire and the United States. While many other shipping lines focused primarily on speed, White Star branded their services by focusing more on providing steady and comfortable passages, for both upper class travellers and immigrants.
Description: On February 27th, 2020, the event known as the "Sinking of the Bomokandi Bertha" shook the internet. We take a moment to remember all the socks that were moistened, the memes that were born, and the Skippers who laughed their asses off. (Except for whomever was in the boat. Wow. Sympathy to you.)
Description: This is my drawing of the ship RMS Titanic as it is sinking on April 15, 1912. It was a British passenger ship operated by White Star Line. A dramatic scene depicts the Titanic ship tilting as it sinks into turbulent waters, with lifeboats nearby filled with passengers. People on the ship appear to be in distress, highlighting a sense of urgency and chaos. Smoke billows from the funnels, contributing to the tense atmosphere of the maritime disaster.
