Description: And so it does, English poet Alexander Pope said so eloquently. It’s from one of his poems written in 1773. Back then scholars surmised that Pope was probably talking about how people always looked forward to the future where they would receive the things they did not yet possess at the moment. Today it is most often used by folks remarking on how optimism always prevails, no matter how bad things really are. This design is emphasizing the latter interpretation. These are dark unicorns, but they’re still unicorns!
