A Barn

I named this new floral chicken illustration Deborah, after my paternal grandmother. She was a farmer’s wife. When Grandma made fried chicken (which was amazing), you knew exactly where it came from — her own chicken coop. And she personally killed it, plucked it and cleaned it before frying it up for Sunday dinner. I decided that sunflowers and dahlias were perfect for a floral chicken with a background of random sized eggs, and I gave the whole thing the glitter treatment.
