Description: People love to dance (CHROME). Disco music design, perfect for people who love disco and house music. Grab this design as a Birthday or Christmas gift to your best friend, relative, boyfriend, or girlfriend who also loves disco and house music. The design is also great for a music festival and disco house parties. Impressed from the late '80 and '90 disco-house culture in NY, I created a nice combination of the Paradise Garage logo (Larry Levan) and Keith Haring's artwork.

Description: Saturday morning has its own honor system. A hand-drawn homemade cardboard garage sale sign design with wonky marker hand-lettering and a fat arrow pointing toward the find of the day, all on a slightly torn-edged kraft cardboard with the casual stapled-to-a-stake feel of the real thing. The phrase reads exactly like the signs you actually pull over for, complete with a TODAY 8AM detail and a small dollar sign doodle in the corner. Perfect for the proud homebody whose only exception to staying in is a good Saturday lawn sale, the thrifter who treats weekends like a sport, the antiquer, the flea market regular, and anyone whose weekends officially begin when they spot a hand-drawn arrow on a telephone pole. Makes a great gift for the bargain
Description: Paradise Garage, AKA "the Garage" was a NY discotheque notable in the history of dance and pop music, as well as LGBT and nightclub cultures, and is often referred to as "NY's Greatest Club." It opened in 1977 in SoHo and is credited with influencing modern nightclubs by promoting dancing above verbal interaction and making the DJ -- who played any and all kinds of music, as long as you could dance to it -- the center of attention. A young Madonna Ciccone would watch Chaka Khan and Gloria Gaynor there before becoming a performer herself, along with Duran Duran, Cyndi Lauper, New Order and Whitney Houston, amongst others. It’s lease was terminated in 1987, when it was converted to a Verizon truck depot before being demolished.
