Description: In the early '70s, JuiceBox Performance Batteries were THE battery of choice for anyone running an extremely high compression and/or high cubic inch racing engine. So, what was the secret sauce? Unlike most traditional batteries with rubber casing, JuiceBox casings were made of polypropylene, which was about 75% thinner and 4x stronger. The extra space inside was used for more acid and more plates, resulting in batteries with 2x the cranking power of traditional builds. This meant that blown big block would turn over every time, even after a hot stall.
