Description: Learning a new skill as an adult can sometimes be difficult and even frustrating. This is something I tell my students. Often we don't even realize we're doing this. It's important to check in with ourselves. What challenges us today, might not challenge us tomorrow. Be kind to yourself. amandarountree.com
