Central London's YMCA (now the St. Giles Hotel), designed by architect Ellsworth Sykes, was completed in 1977. The building is comprised of four main structures, and the rooms are arranged to create a saw tooth pattern. While the bush hammered concrete exterior may appear looming and brutal, the configuration of the windows allows for each room to receive plenty of cheerful natural light!

Here, London’s iconic space station Skylab 7 (I mean, the BT Tower) is captured as an axonometric projection. The tower was designed by the architects of the Ministry of Public Building and Works and is typically brutalist and utilitarian for its time, and emblematic of European TV Towers like Berlin’s TV Turm. Liberty, is a world famous luxury department store in Great Marlborough Street, in the West End of London, established in 1875. Known for it's close connection to art and culture, they are most famous for their bold & floral print fabrics. In 1924, this store was constructed from the timbers of two ships: HMS Impregnable, and HMS Hindustan. The frontage on Great Marlborough Street is the same length as the HMS Hindustan. The emporium was designed by Edwin Thomas Hall and his son, Edwin Stanley Hall. They designed the building at the height of the 1920s fashion for Tudor revival. Christo created a temporary sculpture in Hyde Park, London, titled The London Mastaba. It was floating on the Serpentine Lake from June 18 to September 23, 2018. Since the late 1960s, Christo had sought a suitable site for a floating Mastaba. The temporary sculpture in Hyde Park consisted of 7,506 horizontally stacked oil barrels on a floating platform in the Serpentine Lake. It was 20 meters high x 30 meters wide x 40 meters long. The standard 55 gallon barrels were specifically fabricated and painted for this sculpture. The sides of the barrels, visible on the top and on the two slanted walls of the sculpture, were painted red and white. Every year since 2000 the Serpentine Gallery in London's has commissioned a temporary summer pavilion by a leading architect. The series presents the work of an international architect or design team who has not completed a building in England at the time of the Gallery's invitation. Each Pavilion is completed within six months and is situated on the Gallery's lawn for three months for the public to explore. Diébédo Francis Kéré is an award winning architect from Burkina Faso and set up the Kéré Foundation; dedicated to help Gando, Burkina Faso serve as a hub of innovation in agriculture, education, infrastructure and sanitation. In 2017 the Serpentine Galleries commissioned Kéré to design the Serpentine Pavilion in London.

The building was designed by George Marsh, a partner in Richard Seifert's architectural firm, and built between 1964 and 1968. Marsh had also designed the nearby Centre Point. The 16-storey tower was built using a façade of precast cruciform blocks of white concrete joined by dowels and dry grout. These were laid out in a grid pattern to allow fast and low-cost construction without the need to use a scaffold. Each block is of 10 feet (3.0 metres) diameter, the same height as each storey, with a precast concrete floor panel forming the base of each storey and radiating out from a central core. The base of the tower incorporates Y-shaped columns of capstone concrete as also used at Centre Point.

The Newport Street Gallery is an art gallery in London, England which displays works selected from the personal art collection of artist Damien Hirst. It is located on Newport Street in London's Vauxhall district. It includes a cafe, gallery shop and offices for Hirst's company. The building is a former theatre carpentry and scenery production workshop, redesigned by Caruso St John. The design was praised for its 'virtuosity', and in October 2016 it won the RIBA Stirling Prize.

Trellick Tower is a modernist tower block in Kensal Town, London. Opened in 1972, it had been commissioned by the Greater London Council and designed in the Brutalist style by architect Ernő Goldfinger. It was the last major project he worked on, and featured various space-saving designs, along with a separate access tower containing a plant room. It has a long, thin profile, with a separate lift and service tower linked at every third storey to the access corridors in the main building, which overall has 31 floors. Flats above and below the corridor levels have internal stairs, while the 23rd and 24th floors are taken up by maisonettes split over the two floors.

The iconic Lloyds building is the home of the Lloyds of London Insurance Market. Designed and finished in 1977 by Richard Rogers, it started construction the year after his successful Pompidou Centre in Paris was completed. This style of architecture was innovative in having its services such as staircases, lifts, ductwork, electrical power conduits and water pipes on the outside, leaving an uncluttered space inside; and championed by famous architects Richard Rogers, Sir Norman Foster, and Renzo Piano. Drawn in Rotring technical pen and India ink at a large scale to ensure clarity on large paper sizes, and printed on high quality paper, The building is drawn here as an isometric projection, which depicts the subject as a diagram.
