A little twist on the classic ol' snake ouroboros :) Cool and cute illustrations drawn by hand with markers. Mostly cute animals and flowers (though not all!) :) Some work really well on clothing and some on other products so please check everything :) Thank you :) I hope my designs will help spread positive feelings in our gloomy world. The symbol of the Ouroboros (oroboros or uroboros) , the serpent or dragon eating its own tail is an ancient symbol seen in many cultures. It represents both devouring and recreating of oneself. It is seen as the serpent Jörmungandr, one of the children of Loki and the giantess Angrboða, in Norse mythology. Jörmungandr was so large he could circle the world and grasp his tail with his own teeth. In alchemy, the symbol is said the represent infinity and wholeness. The oak tree, in Celtic mythology, represents family, strength, protection, regality and long life. The acorn in the center represents potential and rebirth. These symbols have been used together to represent the continuance of life through clan and family.

The iconic Ouroboros from 12 Monkeys. There once was a serpent who only traveled in one direction. Always forward, never backward. Until one day, the serpent came upon a Demon. The Demon cursed the serpent, driving him insane, causing him to eat his own tail. The serpent was blind. But a few, those who were seers, knew the serpent's true path, so they created a weapon. A weapon to destroy the Demon. They hid the weapon in the snake's den, where he waited for his madness to end. But it never did. For the seers discovered that the only one who could wield the weapon was the Demon itself. And so the serpent was doomed to circle in madness...forever.
