Wear it proudly and enjoy the possibility that somebody will eventually ask, “Where is that place?” Fun fact: in NSW, the battered slice of potato commonly known elsewhere as a potato cake is generally called a potato scallop, because apparently even fried potato requires interstate rivalry.
