Description: A couple years ago I made a series of paintings of the Ninja Turtles in the style of Rothko. Even though the paintings didn't look like a Nina Turtle, most people were able to tell what they were because of the colors used. As a Graphic Designer, I LOVE looking through color swatches for color ideas, especially when I see one that reminds me of a specific character, or Hogwarts House.
