What a dubious little creature getting up to mischief

I have been doing a lot of Aussie Tangles with eyes lately and I decided why not try to do a lino cut like an Aussie Tangle and this is the result. It was hand pulled and printed using a gelli plate and water based printing inks.

Welcome to my series “Fancy Feathered Friends In Ugly Christmas Sweaters.” In this illustration a golden-laced polish hen sports her ugly Christmas sweater and freshly painted toenails. She attempts to hang some Christmas lights but ends up tangled instead. That’s ok, she’ll be glowing for the big poultry Christmas party! Look for more Polish color varieties (silver-laced and buff-laced) in this same design along with more types of fancy poultry sporting ugly sweaters!

For a friend who really wishes Walt Disney World had more Tangled stuff.
