Trakehner horses have a long, same brillant and tragic history. Nonetheless to those who love them they are the best ones in the entire world. So then - so now!

The Trakehner is a light horse breed originating from East Prussia (now part of Russia). It is known for its elegance and athleticism, and is one of the few remaining warmblood breeds that still retain some of their original characteristics. The breed is often used for show jumping, dressage, eventing, and other competitive disciplines. They are also popular as pleasure riding and recreational horses. Trakehners are strong, agile, and intelligent, with a good temper and an affinity for working with their riders.
