Tiger Girl only appeared in her own comic, of which there was just a single issue in 1968. It was published by Gold Key Comics and was as campy as it gets, even by Silver Age standards. Tiger-Girl’s powers are never clearly defined, and their origin will likely remain forever unknown. They seem to include above average strength, heightened agility and an exceptional rapport with felines, including savage beasts. She is an exceptional aerialist and acrobat and is also an experienced circus hand, often assisting with performances involving beasts – especially the lions. Her charm and beauty are striking and generally speaking, her powers are rather modest compared to most superheros, so it’s a good thing she had a huge tiger backing her up.
