Description: The Crawfords Restaurant, Guns & Ammo sign on Main Street in Boonsboro, Maryland was one of the most photographed signs in town for over 40 years. I'm not sure if it was the unusual pairing of offerings, the grandmotherly figure secretly flipping off passersby, or the missing apostrophe in the name, but people loved that sign. Part restaurant and part sporting goods/general store, Crawfords was a true small town gem that served up lunch, breakfast, and dinner with a side of shotguns, jigsaw puzzles, and live bait to locals and tourists alike, all with a down home and rather eclectic vibe like no other.
Description: A vintage postcard–style tribute to Novac, capturing the faded charm of the Mojave wasteland through warm retro tones and simple, iconic shapes. The towering roadside dinosaur looms against a striped desert sunset, flanked by lonely cacti and rolling hills—equal parts tourist stop and apocalyptic landmark. The muted color palette and distressed texture give it that well-worn souvenir feel, like something pulled off a rusty motel rack decades too late. Nostalgic, minimal, and unmistakably Fallout, this piece leans hard into mid-century Americana while quietly reminding you that in Novac, it’s always sunset… and you can buy ammo with your postcards.
