As a cancer survivor, I wanted to show the world how I feel about this awful disease. Since "F*CK CANCER" was already taken, I came up with "Cancer Can Kiss My Ass!" Let's show cancer how we really feel!!! This shirt has the pink ribbon, which is the color associated with breast cancer. However, if you or anybody you know is battling cancer, and would like a shirt with the ribbon color that matches the particular type of cancer, send me an e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) and I'll make it happen.

Watch the art being made (mature content) https://vimeo.com/173729779 Nadeshiko is a recent and shiny import to the city of Portland. Originally from Virginia, she has been a freelance model for 5 and a half years, and a visual artist her whole life. Her name stems from the concept of the ideal beauty of a woman, something she enjoys subverting in her personal artwork and is also the name of a rare wildflower. Her hope is to complete a Master's program involving social work and to use art therapy to bridge the gap between what a person feels and what they're able to communicate. When she isn't running around abandoned buildings, posing in nature, or in the studio, she can be found exploring new parts of town, eating delicious food while people-watching, going on adventures with friends, or just sitting at home watching a movie or reading a book.

This is an original art piece created by Ashvin Harrison. Details about the original art piece are below: This art piece is my emotional reaction on canvas towards the ongoing issues with domestic violence. We are constantly reminded that women (and some men) in society are falling victim to abuse in their own homes. This is something I feel very strongly about and believe that through the arts, we can help keep this destruction of innocence a hot topic, leading towards greater focus on assisting and educating in this area. I use the infamous Ned Kelly helmet as a representation of a mask, shelter, armour, battle scars, safety and victimisation for indifference or unresolved conflict. I have placed wrens either side of her shoulders as a representation of good and bad side reflection (shoulder angels)- both a positive sight and expressing the answer to fly, fly away! The pose is self explanatory I guess. I have decided to enter this piece in an acquisition arts award and can't offer a definite sale as of yet.
