Description: My full statement was this: We live in a Capitalist hellscape. It's ALWAYS about money, even when it isn't. They say "Do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life." More like turn every one of your hobbies into a side hustle and slowly suck the joy out of everything you used to hold dear. Recently I quit my full time job as a graphic designer, which I have been doing for over 23 years. Like. Holy carp, dude. It's drained me mentally and emotionally for far too long. i'm hoping that the change of pace will re-energize me and allow me to rebuild the confidence I once had in my artwork.
