Descartes feat. gender. I think therefore I am, so therefore I dress therefore I am? Gender is a construct, certain perceived "mens" styles and colors were originally gender swapped and swapped again over the centuries. None of its real yall, free yourselves!

One of my favorite pieces featuring a sunflower as an expressive face against a floral background on a man's body.

I love the idea of the human form, male or female and how you can insinuate form with just a silhouette regardless of what it is made of.

A little surreal classic.

I love this piece, two people, sharing the eye line, overlapping. Don't they look like they were meant to be intertwined? I often wonder how to explain how collage is unique to other forms of art and I think this sums it up - it's endless. There's very little parameters in terms of what you can't do - you don't need an art background, technical skills, or spending hours layering images on top of each other sketching them out. It's to me, the most democratic form of art I can imagine.

Collage art I made inspired partly by Miles Davis Flamenco Blues... it has such a similar feeling to me, shades of blue.

Because trans people are real and valid. Who cares who wears makeup? Makeup is a social construct!

As well all know the end isn't really the end and the only thing that separates the living from death are a few electrical pulses or a thin veil between worlds.

Just a portrait of a man ft. a woman. What's gender anyway, really? But also - I really love how this came together without a face, and with the really beautiful nail art. Nothing in this image originally was in the same picture but some how - they all come together.
