Description: The orbitals are swirling in Storistir to make holiday ornaments! Strontium is not radioactive typically. However, Strontium-90 (Sr-90) is, since it's a man-made byproduct of nuclear fission and waste. If you look at the Periodic Table of Elements, Strontium sits right below Calcium. Sr-90 is a health concern because if ingested, it acts like calcium and can cause cancers of the bone, bone marrow and surrounding tissues.
