Sitting right at the beginning of the Apache Trail and fashioned to look like a traditional Western town, complete with wooden buildings, wagons, and mining-related tools around the property, the Mining Camp was a throwback to the earliest days of Arizona's rich mining history right in the shadow of the Superstitions, which were home to several mining operations and, most notably, the home of the legendary Lost Dutchman's Gold Mine. Description: Arendelle is located near a fjord, making it a viable trading center. Its human population is densely concentrated within the castle perimeter, although there is minor human activity in the forest areas outside of Arendelle. There are also non-human populations, such as wolves in the forest and trolls in the Valley of the Living Rock. In addition to the fjord and forest area, Arendelle is also surrounded by a vast mountain range that includes the North Mountain. The kingdom is subject to the succession of the seasons, having both warm summers and frigid winters. In the winter, there is a noticeable decrease in plant life and animal activity. However, in the summer, Arendelle's ecosystems flourish.

Description: Sacred Mountain Trading Post opened in the late 1930s along Highway 89 in Flagstaff, Arizona. Operating as a gas station and convenience store serving travelers along the long highway as well as selling handcrafts from various tribes. The trading post takes its name from San Francisco Peaks located behind the property. Known as Sacred Mountain, these peaks have considerable religious significance to more than a dozen local American Indian tribes. The peaks are associated with the color yellow, and they are said to contain abalone inside, to be secured to the ground with a sunbeam, and to be covered with yellow clouds and evening twilight.

Description: Arendelle is the name of the kingdom in the film Frozen. It is the Norwegian-inspired home to Princess Anna and Queen Elsa. When Queen Elsa left Arendelle to live in her castle on the North Mountain, Princess Anna tried many things to inspire the people of Arendelle. One of her greatest accomplishments was the formation of the Arendelle Ski Team. Arendelle Ski Team (AST) became a formidable force in the 2028 Winter Games Festival. Rivaling the neighboring kingdom of Weselton, AST was able to bring home the Gold in last years Festival. AST continues to be one of the best teams in all of Norway.

Description: Though Route 66 was not yet established, by the 1920’s Model-T’s were making their way westward on the Flagstaff-Winslow Highway, passing right by the Billy Adams’ trading post. Seeing an opportunity, he and hius wife, Myrtle, soon established one of the first tourist camps in Arizona, in 1920. Billy built 12 one-room cabins as well as overnight camping for those who couldn’t afford the $1 per night cabin fee. Winona didn't become 'official' until it was recognized by the USPS in 1924 at which point Myrtle Adams became its first Post Mistress, putting her in charge of hanging the mail sack outside so that it could be hooked by railroad men as the train rolled by.
