Description: Couldn’t make the one I wanted happen .. so I made this instead. It’s a fan tribute based of concepts present in the Watchmen movie. .. Seemed to make more sense at the time when I made this in 2009 .. Pretty much it’s the helmet from the ‘Full Metal Jacket’ poster .. added a couple shotgun shells – I was going to put the Sally Jupiter lighter in there – but I don’t smoke. Then I realized the Gorillaz did the same thing for their cover on the “Dirty Harry” single with a single shotgun shell and a lighter. .. maybe later I’ll make an alt or something ..
Description: Taking advantage of the release of HBO's Watchmen, based on Alan Moore's acclaimed graphic novel, a tribute to Adrian Veidt a.k.a. Ozymandias. The hierogliphs on both sides are other names of Ramses II and the quote is from the poem Ozymandias, referenced in the graphic novel and also on Breaking Bad.
