Description: Johnson Valley is a 96,000-acre off-road playground in Southern California that is home to two of the toughest trails in America, Jack and Sledge, known collectively as "The Hammers.” Some of the most experienced off-roaders make a trip out here to challenge themselves and their rigs with some of the most unique terrain in the world and more often than not, break stuff. Seeing an unmet need for a hardcore off-road shop in the area, Johnson Valley 4WD opened their doors in Barstow back in the mid '70s, saving enthusiasts from having to drive back into San Bernardino or Riverside for replacement axles, lockers, and whatever else came unglued on the trail. Of course, they weren't just a repair shop, but also a builder of bulletproof rigs.
Description: Gear up for ultimate 90s nostalgia with this schematic-style Magnum Saber design. Rendered in a sharp, high-contrast kinetic inking style, this exploded-view artwork showcases every mechanical detail of the classic pocket racer, from the battery layout and gears to the iconic aerodynamic body shell. Perfect for fans of vintage Japanese hobby culture, retro toy car racing, and classic model building. Show off your love for the legendary Bakusou Kyoudai series and the golden age of mini 4WD track racing with this highly detailed illustration.
Description: Based out of San Gabriel, California, Pathfinder Equipment Co. specialized in 4x4 conversions for full-size American vans of all makes. They initially offered their conversions through car dealers as an option since the manufacturers weren't offering 4x4 models for the most part, though eventually they began selling conversions direct to consumers both as turn key installations from their shop and as palletized kits for the mechanically inclined vanner to do it himself.
